Just so you know, to replace a Roofs shingles, an Asphalt Driveway or Parking Lot—expect to spend as much as 85% beyond necessity; maybe more! Yep, this definitely falls into the “Don’t ya dare do it” Category! At least that’d be my slightly slanted view 🙂 🙂 🙂
You may already know asphalt driveways & parking lots generally fall in the $6–$9 range per square foot ($7.50 average). In-the-simplest-of-terms, Resurfacing provides a more comprehensive fix, including surface correction, while Sealing is a faster and more inexpensive way to update a driveways appearance.
