Acrylic Shingle Coating:
Featuring application attributes or features; required for Vital Coat Shingle Shield Roof Coating—the only brand used by either of the Caliber dba Teams:
Shingle Shield dries smooth and clear and will not yellow. It also produces a desirable sheen that resists mold and or mildew and can easily be cleaned with detergents and cleaners without harming the coating.
Shingle Shield coating is a clear water-based product that utilizes Vital Coat’s PosiCoat™ technology which ensures easy bonding that dries within about an hour thereby producing a water-resistant shingle coating.
A Shingle Shield application is ideal for saving thousands of dollars when compared to replacing existing roof shingles. In fact, expect to pay only 20% of the cost of a total shingle replacement project. And too, a properly applied 3 coat treatment will guarntee a limited “No-leak” Warranty for ten years. However, said Warranty may become void by inclement weather conditions characterized by severity and harshness, such as hail or high winds and or failure to properly remove mold and or mildew from shingles treated with 3 properly applied coats of Vital Coat Shingle Shield.
Vital Coat Shingle Shield creates a water-resistant layer that helps prevent moisture from penetrating the shingles. The coating can help seal minor cracks and holes in the shingles, preventing water from seeping through. However, it is crucial to repair any existing leaks with appropriate roof repair materials before applying the coating, as it’s not a repair product for large active leaks.
Vital Coat Shingle Shield helps maintain the shingle’s integrity and waterproofness by preventing granule loss.
By protecting shingles from weather damage and preventing deterioration, Vital Coat Shingle Shield can extend the lifespan of ageing shingles.

Important Note:
According to Vital Coat’s website, the coating is most effective when applied to a dry and clean roof surface, with existing leaks repaired first.

Jetcoat Supreme Driveway Resurfacer
Jetcoat Supreme Driveway Resurfacer its Attributes & Application Directives—the only Resurfacer brand used by either of the Caliber dba Teams:
Coverage per 5-gallon pail: 300 sq ft if driveway has never been sealed, 400 sq feet if Driveway has been previously sealed.
Stir the resurfacer to a uniform consistency and continue to stir throughout the application process
Coats recommended: 2 － second coat to be applied when 1st coat is dry to “touch”
Application temp: 60° F － minimum
Jetcoat ‘Supreme’ is a Polymer Modified Asphalt Emulsion Based Asphalt ‘Filler’ and ‘Resurfacer’ designed to beautify and protect asphalt pavement surfaces for 10 years. It is fortified with sand for added strength, filling, slip resistance and durability. (guarntee or warranty must be absent breakage from overweight vehicles)
Uses:
All types of asphalt pavements
DO NOT USE on concrete or masonry surfaces
Product is Water Based which allows soap & water cleanup; requires a 24 hour ‘cure’ time
Final Note: Asphalt parking lot sealers typically do not replace parking-lot lines! At this time all Caliber Teams shall honor the tradition.
