Shingle Sealer dries smooth and clear and will not yellow. It also produces a desirable sheen that resists mold and or mildew and can easily be cleaned with typical household detergents and cleaners without harming the coating.
Its coating is a clear water-based product that utilizes technology which ensures easy bonding that dries within about an hour thereby producing a water-resistant shingle coating.
A Single Sealer application is ideal for saving thousands of dollars when compared to replacing existing roof shingles. In fact, expect to pay less than 15% of the cost of a total shingle replacement project. And too, a properly applied 2 coat treatment will guarntee a limited “No-leak” Warranty for seven (7) years. However, said Warranty may be voided by inclement weather conditions that are characterized by severity and harshness, such as large hail or high winds and or failure to properly remove mold and or mildew from properly treated shingles.
Shingle Sealer creates a water-resistant layer that helps prevent moisture from penetrating the shingles. The coating can help seal minor cracks and tiny holes in the shingles, thereby preventing water from seeping through. However, it is crucial to repair larger existing leaks with appropriate roof repair materials before applying the coating, as it’s not a repair product for large active leaks.
Shingle Sealer helps maintain the shingle’s integrity and waterproofness by preventing granule loss while extending the lifespan of ageing shingles.
Further, Shingle Sealer blocks harmful UV rays which significantly damage shingles in several ways, Including Brittleness: Prolonged exposure to UV rays breaks down the oils in asphalt shingles, making them brittle and prone to cracking. Granule Loss: The protective granules on shingles can loosen and wash away when attacked by UV rays, exposing the asphalt layer to further UV damage. Fading and Discoloration: UV rays can bleach the pigments in shingles, leading to uneven fading and loss of curb appeal. Accelerated Aging: The combination of heat, UV rays, and moisture causes shingles to age prematurely, thereby reducing their lifespan.
Shingle Sealer, according to Nationwide Protective Coating, its manufacturer, will defend against the regrowth of ‘Black Algae’.

And finally, Shingle Sealer will enhance the home’s overall value by reducing cooling costs of the residence by as much as 15% during summer months. You see, this particular acrylic coating is among the few that will reflect the heat of the Sun at its hottest, thereby reducing the home’s interior or living space temperature. Hence, AC use is by default lowered as is the cooling cost!
Jetcoat Supreme Driveway Resurfacer
Jetcoat Supreme Driveway Resurfacer its Attributes & Application Directives—the only Resurfacer brand used by either of Caliber’s Teams:
Coverage per 5-gallon pail: 300 sq ft if driveway has never been sealed, 400 sq feet if Driveway has been previously sealed.
Stir the resurfacer to a uniform consistency and continue to stir throughout the application process
Coats recommended: 2 － second coat to be applied when 1st coat is dry to “touch”
Application temp: 60° F － minimum
Jetcoat ‘Supreme’ is a Polymer Modified Asphalt Emulsion Based Asphalt ‘Filler’ and ‘Resurfacer’ that is guaranteed to beautify and protect asphalt pavement surfaces for 10 years. It is fortified with sand for added strength, filling, slip resistance and durability. (guarntee or warranty must be absent breakage from overweight vehicles). It too can be reapplied to the sane asphalt surface at 10 year intervals.
Uses:
All types of asphalt pavement surfaces
DO NOT USE on concrete or masonry surfaces
Product is Water Based which allows soap & water cleanup; requires a 24 hour ‘cure’ time
Final Note: Asphalt parking lot sealers typically do not replace parking-lot lines! At this time all Caliber Teams shall honor the tradition.
